How much does it cost to use the Royal Plantation Ocho Rios wedding registry and wedding website?

How am I notified of a purchase from my Royal Plantation Ocho Rios wedding and gift registry?
You receive an email notice to view your "Gift Announcement" that is filled out by the gift giver. Your guests can also choose to print out this customized gift announcement with a personal message and a photo of what they selected on your honeymoon registry to hand to you. You can log on to your account at anytime and go to "View Gifts" to view your gift details, gift givers and the gift announcements. Guests can also post their gift announcement on your honeymoon registry under the "Well Wishes" section if they choose.
When will I receive my gifts from my honeymoon registry?
For resort credits, these will be transferred to your room account on property for use with any items that may be billed to your room. All resort credit's must be used on property during your stay, are non-refundable and non-transferable. All resort credits must be purchased 2 days prior to your arrival.
For all Spa, Tour and Wedding Package items, after the gifts have been purchased from your gift registry, you will be notified via email. At that time, you may contact our reservations department who will assist you with the scheduling of this gift. For booking add-ons such as spa, tours, and candlelight dinners payment must be made at the time you are making the booking and monies will be transferred from the purchase on your registry. We kindly request 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your event. 100% of the value of the service will be non-refundable if less than 24 hours is given for the cancellation. If an add-on event is canceled due to weather we will attempt to reschedule during your stay. If we are unable to reschedule the event, you will receive a refund. You will receive details on how to book these items once the item is purchased or by checking your "Registry Item Details Page" by logging in to your account at any time.
For Trip Contributions, all gift monies will be transferred to you by check, PayPal or ACH transfer according to your payment preference. All trip contributions will be processed 24 hours (business day) after your request.
Do you book the activities on my honeymoon registry for me?
After this gift has been purchased from your gift registry, you will be notified via email. At that time, you may contact our reservations department who will assist you with the scheduling of this gift. Please call 866-369-5229 (International 305-284-1300) or email registryresv@uvi.sandals.com. We are available from Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm EST. Item must be purchased and booked no later than 3 days prior to your arrival date.
When will my honeymoon registry be active? When will my honeymoon registry close?
Guests can view and give you a gift for your Royal Plantation Ocho Rios vacation starting the first day you set up your honeymoon registry. Your honeymoon gift registry will remain active until you would like to delete it.
Can I use the Royal Plantation Ocho Rios honeymoon gift registry if I am not from the US?
Yes, absolutely! All amounts will remain listed in US$. We ask that you use a PayPal account for any "trip contributions" so that we can send you money in a timely manner. PayPal does have currency conversion. Please see www.PayPal.com for all details and service fee rates. All other gifts will go to Royal Plantation Ocho Rios in USD.
Can I use this site for my Anniversary or a Vow Renewal at Royal Plantation Ocho Rios?

Can I set this up for a wedding couple as a surprise?
Yes, you can set this up for someone else as a surprise. However, it is very important to notify our office of all the details. Please email specific details of your situation along with your contact information to support@eregistrygifts.com.
Can I change/add items to my Royal Plantation Ocho Rios registry list after I've posted it?
Yes, anytime. You just log in to your account manager and go to "Edit Registry" to add more items. Items that are already purchased will remain the same.
What happens if my wedding or honeymoon is canceled or postponed?
If your wedding or honeymoon is postponed, just log into your account and revise your wedding date. If your wedding is canceled, we will be more than happy to reverse the charges from each of your guests' purchases at no cost to you. However, if the cash payments for your trip contribution gifts have already been wired to your bank account or sent to your travel supplier, it is up to you to return any gifts to your friends and family.
Do you sell my information and my guests information?
Absolutely not! All information is kept confidential. We do not store any credit card information, in fact - our own staff can't see it. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details.
